The Vitamin E Capsules, I've used it before and it was very nice on my skin, especially for dry skin. Like, I think I've used most of the different types of this Vitamin E Capsules and try doing the Amatan season. It was very okay. I was using it together with my lotion and it was very good for my skin. And both— I used it both for my face and body, and it was very, very okay. It was very, very nice on my skin, and it was, it was not giving me this— it was not making my body dry, because throughout that matan period, my skin was very, very dry. So I was using that capsule, especially there's one, the green, the green one especially.
