Welcome to Revios. By accessing or using Revios (including our websites, apps, and related services), you agree to these Terms of Service, our Privacy Policy, and our Community Guidelines—including each as updated from time to time. Please read them carefully.

Revios is a platform where users share honest, independent reviews and related content about products and experiences. That content comes from our community—we are not the author of user reviews and we do not speak on behalf of reviewers or brands unless we explicitly say so.

1. Use of the Platform

You must be at least 13 years old to use Revios. You are responsible for any activity that occurs under your account. You agree to provide reviews and content that reflect your genuine experience and comply with these Terms and our Community Guidelines.

2. Your content, ownership, and license to Revios

You keep ownership of your content.You retain any copyright and other rights you already hold in the reviews, photos, audio, video, text, and other materials you submit to Revios (together, your "Content").

License you grant us. So that we can run and grow Revios, you grant Revios a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, sublicensable license to host, store, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, publicly display, distribute, and otherwise use your Content in connection with the service—including formatting, transcoding, generating thumbnails or previews, creating short excerpts, and similar technical or editorial adaptations that do not misrepresent your meaning.

You also grant Revios permission to use your Content to operate, improve, secure, and promote Revios and our brands, including on our websites and mobile apps, in product emails and in-app messages, on our official social media accounts, in marketing and advertising, and in press releases, partner integrations, or other public mentions, where we may show reasonable portions of your Content and attribute it to you or your public profile when practicable. This license continues for the period your Content remains available on Revios (and for a reasonable time afterward for backups, legal compliance, and wind-down of cached or syndicated copies), unless a longer period is required by law.

Your promises about your Content.You represent that you have the rights needed to post your Content, that your reviews reflect your honest opinions based on your own experience (or, where applicable, clearly disclosed relationships), and that your Content does not infringe anyone else's rights or violate law. You are responsible for your Content; Revios may remove or restrict Content that violates these Terms or our policies.

3. No endorsement; nature of user reviews

Content on Revios is supplied by users. Revios does not endorse, verify, or adopt user reviews as our own. Reviews are the opinions of their authors, not facts verified by Revios. Nothing on the platform is professional, legal, medical, or financial advice. Brands, merchants, and third parties may respond or appear on the platform; their presence does not mean Revios endorses them.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Revios is a platform provider; we are not liable for statements, ratings, or media posted by users, subject to the limitations below and our obligations under applicable law.

4. Prohibited activities

You agree not to post Content that is harmful, abusive, illegal, or violates the rights of others—including fake, misleading, or coordinated inauthentic reviews, undisclosed paid endorsements where disclosure is required, or attempts to manipulate ratings or rankings. We reserve the right to remove Content that violates these Terms.

Please review our Community Guidelines for detailed information about prohibited content and behavior, including our zero-tolerance policy for child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE).

5. Account termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to Revios if you violate these Terms or engage in harmful behavior. Revios, Inc. reserves the right to enforce these terms at its sole discretion.

6. Disclaimer of warranties

Revios is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. We do not warrant the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any content posted by users.

7. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Revios and its affiliates are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the platform or reliance on content posted by users. Our aggregate liability for claims relating to the service is limited to the greater of amounts you paid us for the service in the twelve (12) months before the claim or fifty U.S. dollars (US$50), except where the law does not allow such a cap.

8. Modifications to the Terms

We may update these Terms occasionally. Continued use of Revios after changes means you accept the revised Terms.
