Transcript excerpt

Hi, good morning, good afternoon, good evening, anytime you're seeing this message. So today I'll be talking on the short bread biscuits and I'll be rating them from the taste, the texture, the ingredients, the pairing, and the price. Then I'm going to total all of it together and give it a percent of 100. So we all know the Scottish bread biscuits, most of us do, and we know that it's a Scottish classic. Now, rating from the test, I give the test 9 over 10. And if you ask me why I give the test a 9 over 10, the, the short bread is pure buttery goodness, is rich. The butter in the short bread is very good, like it's very— it blends and it gives the biscuit this very unique taste. It's slightly sweet, and that's where the Wonmak is lost. I really like sugary things. I don't know for most of you, but I really like sugary biscuits, but the short bread is not that sugary. It's slightly sweet. I would have loved it if it was sweet, but that's not an issue because most of, most of us love biscuits that are not sugary. And sugar is not good, not too good for people, and I understand. And another thing about the test It melts in the mouth, and that's very good. There's no fake vanilla or possessive taste in the short bread biscuits. Then, then I go to the texture, and I give the texture an 8 over 10. The biscuits, the short bread biscuits, is crumbly, is sandy, and I don't like it being sandy. So that's where one mark is out. It melts away. Texture is not crunchy. The short bread biscuit is not— it's crunchy, but it's, I don't know, it's not that crunchy like how, like, if, like, the Digestive is very crunchy. Though I don't like Digestive biscuits like the short bread biscuits, but That is where 2 marks are lost. And if you love biscuit that dissolves on your tongue, then the short bread biscuits is the best biscuit for, for you. Then for the ingredients, now I give the ingredients a 10 out of 10. You know, most of these companies, they just, they don't list all what they use for their production. They just give, they just give some of the ingredients. They don't kind of give their core ingredients like their, their main ingredients so someone cannot like copycat the biscuits, you understand. So, but for the best ones are the butter, the butter and the short bread biscuits, the flour, the sugar, and a pinch of salt that they use is very good. And I so much like the, um, the ingredient mixture because I don't taste palm oil. There's no palm oil in the short bread biscuits, and that is very nice because I don't kind of like palm oil. I don't like anything with palm oil. And they don't have all these…
