The first time I tasted Golden Penny spread, I knew that it was a processed margarine and I don't really like that. It is, it is not rich, and also it is not creamy. It does not have this creamy taste of a real butter, and I feel the Golden Penny Company can do better than this. It is not too thick and not too runny. I love the fact that it's not too thick and not too runny, but they can do better with the taste and the texture of Golden Penny spread. I was expecting a deep flavor and aroma of real butter in Golden Penny spread, but getting and tasting I know that is not what I'm saying. So I'm going to be giving it a 4 over 10. Yes, a 4 over 10. This is a 250g margarine and it is affordable for those that want, you know, they want a butter in their family setting and they don't want to spend much.
